Fielder XT-R is a CTO guide wire from Asahi Intecc. It has a tapered tip that is flexible and therefore used for crossing subtotal occlusions and collateral channel tracking. The main differences between this wire and the Fielder XT-A are the length of the composite core at its tip (longer length for Fielder XT-R, making it more flexible) and the tip load (0.6 gf for Fielder XT-R, 1.0 gf for Fielder XT-A).
